Every entry in Tovak is a GST-correct voucher.
It imports into Tally like any day book.
Import Data → Day Bookwaiting for vouchers…
Tovak sits in the middle of your stack. Orders come in on WhatsApp, clean books go out to Tally, GST invoices and e-way bills are raised as you dispatch, payments reconcile. Nothing to rip out, nothing new for the floor.
We don’t hand over software and walk away. We collect your factory first, move the data in ourselves, and stay past go-live. Your team just keeps WhatsApping.
Book a DemoOne sheet with items, clients & vendors, stages and GST, and we run the migration ourselves.
Real orders from their own phones on WhatsApp. The floor sees production, never margins.
GST-correct vouchers land in Tally, your CA confirms the import, and we stay on call.
Indian manufacturers doing roughly ₹5–50 Cr who run the factory on WhatsApp groups, registers and Tally. Tovak runs the whole order-to-payment in between: orders captured from chat, production tracked stage by stage, dispatch logged, GST bills raised and payments chased, with clean data landing in Tally.
Ask for a stock count, an outstanding list or where a work order has reached, and the answer comes back in seconds. Payment reminders send themselves, overdue work orders surface before the buyer calls, material is flagged before you hit zero, and supplier bills and reorder POs are tracked alongside.
There's nothing new to use. They keep working in WhatsApp, voice notes and photos included, in Hindi, Hinglish or English, however they normally talk. Messages queue and send themselves once the signal is back, so a patchy floor changes nothing. The structure happens behind the scenes.
Tally stays exactly where it is. Tovak handles everything that happens before Tally and feeds it GST-correct vouchers, so your CA gets clean books with a full audit trail. Less chasing, not more. Filing itself stays with your CA. Still on registers and Excel? Start on WhatsApp now and bring Tally in later.
Tovak only sees what is sent to or from the Tovak WhatsApp number, the chats you set it up in. Conversations it is not part of stay yours. Inside Tovak people see what their role needs: the floor sees production and work orders, while margins, receivables and payments stay with the office.
Tovak keeps its own working copy on secure cloud infrastructure, and your WhatsApp and your Tally carry on exactly as they do today. Each factory's data is isolated from every other, you can export everything at any time, and on written request we will return or delete it. Your orders and messages are used to run your factory, nothing else, they are not used to train third-party AI models, and your team confirms anything Tovak suggests before it acts.
Every factory's setup is different, so the investment is scoped to yours on a short call, and you'll know the full number before you commit, with no surprise line items. There's a one-time setup and then a monthly plan that runs until you cancel it. No long lock-in.
10 days, phased: order capture first, then production, dispatch and invoicing. One sheet with your items, clients and vendors, stages and GST details is enough; we run the migration ourselves. After that we stay on call while the factory settles in.
